 Subject Charged with Intent to Distribute

 The Exeter Police Department arrested:

Noah Grassie                                                                                
22 Juniper Street
D.O.B.  01/21/90 age 18
Exeter, NH

And charged him with three counts of sales of a controlled drug. Detectives, with assistance from NH State Police drug k-9 served a search warrant at Grassie residence on 22 Juniper Street on August 20^th.   Although nothing was located at the residence further investigation revealed that the drugs had been moved prior to the police arrival. Shortly thereafter the drugs were located in a different location. Confiscated was marijuana individually wrapped for sale, 6 hits of acid a scale and $440.00. The investigation had been ongoing for a number of months prior to the execution of the warrant.

 Grassie was arraigned on Thursday August 21^st 2008 at Exeter District Court. Along with the three new charges, Grassie also has two pending sales of a controlled drug charges. At the arraignment bail was set at $100,000.00 cash with a probable cause hearing scheduled for August 29^th at Exeter District Court.

The investigation is on going and more arrests and charges are expected.
